How much water do I add to my pour over? How much coffee does it make?

For an American-style cup of coffee: Add 6-8 ounces of water total. Start by adding one ounce of hot water to wet the grounds, wait 30 seconds, then pour another 6-8 oz of hot water through the grounds. A good way to eyeball it is to fill the filter up to the top with water 4-6 times!
For a more traditional Vietnamese Coffee: Add 4 ounces of water total. Start by adding one ounce to wet the grounds, wait for the coffee to “bloom” for 30 seconds, then add 3 more ounces of water. This will yield a small, strong cup of coffee as you’d find on the streets of Vietnam.
Cold Brew: Our coffee also makes an incredible cold brew. Just add 1 unopened Copper Cow Coffee filter for every 6 ounces of cold water. Let steep for 8-12 hours, remove the filters, and enjoy. Optional: Add our sweetened condensed milk for a creamy treat!
