We can send you a different product to try, or issue a refund. Please reach out to support@coppercowcoffee.com with a detailed explanation of your issue and include any applicable photos to help guide our team on the best resolution. Please note that there is a limit of a one (1) time accomodation for one (1) additional product of equal or lesser value you may try if you are not happy with your current product.
Any refund requests must be processed within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
